On an artificial island, within the center of a 5 mile hexagonal steel and concrete barrier of defense systems consists of an 70 level Tower interlinked with a hospital,barracks,airbase, recreational centers, bars and pools. Outside the perimeter is a dense forest with two roads that connect to the north and south entrances of the gates.
